Tura to supply eyewear for Gwen Stefani's L.A.M.B. brand

The 'The Voice' panelist Gwen Stefani has signed an agreement with American eyewear group Tura Inc.. Together they will launch Stefani's first eyeglasses collection called 'gx by Gwen Stefani' for her popular apparel and fashion accessories line L.A.M.B., distributed in the USA.



The singer wanted her eyeglasses line to feature a colourful range of frames, with extravagant designs and shapes. The range has taken full inspiration from Stefani's image as a pop music icon, with 12 different frame styles that will be retail for $150 each priced in US stores. Sunglasses will be available at a future date.

The line's metallic temples are decorated in black and white graphics, and the collection features contemporary, two-tone models in various colours, including hot pink.

Gwen Stefani, who has become an ambassador for MasterCard in Japan and has created a limited edition cosmetics line for American brand Urban Decay, also features sunglasses and prescription eyewear in her L.A.M.B. brand: they are available in the US in 12 styles for prescription glasses, priced between $195 and $275 (€173 to €244), and between $149 and $249 (€132 to €221) for sunglasses, available in 13 different styles.
