Based in Barcelona, the children's fashion brand Tinycottons revealed colourful and creative collections at Playtime Paris tradeshow, which took place in Paris's Parc Floral from June 30 to July 2.

Launched by Argentine duo Barbara Bruno and Gérard Lazcano five years ago, Tinycottons has been growing in France the last four years where it operates around twenty sales points including the Centre Commercial. A retail network that will soon include Bon Marché as the brand makes its entry into the department store this winter 2018/19.

The French plans for the brand, which offers infants, children's and even women's wear -- and which recently collaborated with Puma -- isn't stopping at Bon Marché either, with the founders currently on the lookout for a Paris store location.

France, a country that appears to be close to the brand's heart (Tinycottons' most recent collection featured a number of French phrases plastered across t-shirts and pants), is certainly a priority market, in addition to Japan and the U.S., where it looks to also open its own stores too.

The new Paris flagship will add to Tinycottons' namesake stores currently operating in Spain (four in Barcelona and one in Madrid). The brand, which in 2017 recorded revenues of 7 million euros, is also present across 300 multi-brand stores globally.
