Perry Ellis enters licensing agreement with Multimoda

Perry Ellis International confirmed on Wednesday that it has entered into licensing agreements with Multimoda Import Inc. & Comercio Excelente Norte Sur Du DV.

The agreements are for men’s and boy’s dress shirts, knit tops, woven tops, pants, sports jackets, shorts, jeans, swim trunks, vests and outerwear sold as a collection to sportswear departments under the Perry Ellis trademark in select countries of Central and South America, the Caribbean and Mexico. The new Perry Ellis collection, which Multimoda launched in December 2015, is marketed in better department stores and specialty stores.
 
Multimoda Import is a marketer, distributor and retail fashion leader in Mexico and Latin America with more than 25 years of experience. In 2006, the company became the official distributor in Mexico for Van Heusen PVH and Calvin Klein and Geoffrey Beene. In 2014, the company became the official distributor of DKNY Latin America, and in 2015, the company added Perry Ellis.

Multimoda is the largest group in Mexico in dress shirts and ties distribution, working with brands such as Calvin Klein, Van Heusen, Geoffrey Beene, Arrow, Michael Kors, Chaps, Donald Trump, Kenneth Cole, Izod and DKNY.
