Momad is scheduled to return to the Ifema Madrid Exhibition Center from September 16 to 18, bringing together more than 300 brands hailing from 18 different countries.

As in previous editions, the fashion industry is expected to come together during the three-day event and make this edition a "benchmark for the future", which will be "marked by the union of this industry and by the perseverance and effort of the sector", said Ifema Madrid in a press release.

A total of 300 brands make up list of exhibitors this year, with companies coming from 18 different countries including Germany, France, Denmark, Italy, Greece, Portugal, the United Kingdom, Poland, Turkey, Paraguay, Venezuela, Colombia, the United States, India, Indonesia, Pakistan, and Australia.

This new edition of Momad, which will take place in Pavilion 8 of the fairgrounds, will once again reward emerging creators and labels. Momad Talents by ISEM is intended for emerging brands and designers with innovative designs that have been on the market for a maximum of three seasons. The winners will have their own stand at the fair at no cost.

Committed to sustainability

The event will also go a step further in its commitment to sustainability since, in addition to having a dedicated area for sustainable brands, it will also be a factor taken into account in the collections of the various participating exhibitors.

The fair aims to encourage exhibitors to move in this direction, and will therefore be supporting participants exhibiting sustainable collections, even if their company was not born with this purpose in mind.

This new edition will feature the Textile Clothing area to present the latest collections and trends in fashion for the Spring/Summer 2023 and Fall/Winter 2022-2023 seasons, as well as the Footwear and Accessories area, showcasing national and international brands' latest creations. Meanwhile, emerging brands and young creators will present, as part of the EGO program, different collections and innovative designs.

There will also be the Sustainable Experience space, where companies will present their solutions that promote sustainability and environmental, social and economic responsibility in the fashion industry; as well as the Point of Sale Services space dedicated to innovative solutions for retailers, such as for packaging and mannequins.

Momad, which will be open from 9.30am to 7pm (the last day until 6 pm), will coincide with the Intergift fairs in pavilions 3, 5, 7 and 9, Bisutex in pavilion 4 and Madridjoya in pavilions 1 and 6.
