The 18-year veteran joins Hudson Jeans from Lucky Brand where he held numerous executive roles for six years, most recently serving as Chief Merchandising Officer. Fior re-established the Lucky Brand consumer target and position in the marketplace, and he led the company to sales and profit growth across wholesale, retail, e-commerce, international and licensing channels.

At Hudson Jeans, he will oversee the brand’s day-to-day operations and he will play an instrumental role in expanding the consumer direct business and international and licensing channels.

Since merging with Robert Graham in January 2016, Hudson Jeans has posted consistent quarterly sales growth. The denim brand under Differential Brands Group drives sales for the company, and alongside Swims, contributed $37.2 million in profit for the company in fiscal 2016. Hudson Jeans recently partnered on a collection with science fiction action film 'Ghost in the Shell', based on the popular Japanese manga.

"I believe Hudson is uniquely positioned to expand its brand beyond denim to become a true lifestyle brand,” said Fior.

Fior also held buying and merchandising roles at Gap, American Eagle and Levi’s.
