Jacadi is cultivating a sustained rhythm of openings. Since the beginning of the year, the high-end children's fashion label has opened 29 physical and virtual shops. In the first eight months of the year, the brand opened five directly operated shops, 17 franchise shops, notably in Algeria, Qatar and Japan, and seven online shops.

"We want to make Jacadi a global brand, present in the 20 most important cities in the world," explained Carmine Piccirillo, Jacadi's international retail director, in a corporate communication. Vincent Delmarre, director of international franchising, added that despite the anxiety-inducing context, Jacadi's attractiveness is not weakening.

New openings are also planned for the end of the year, in Andria in Italy, and in Lecco in Spain as well as in Madrid and Portugal.

In 2023 Jacadi will also open a second store in London, in Marylebone, and is also planning stores in Turkey, Switzerland and the Emirates, as well as e-commerce sites in the Czech Republic, Israel and the Emirates.

Jacadi, which has 270 shops worldwide, about 90 of which are in France, has been operating under the umbrella of the children's specialist group IdKids since 2005. A group which, with its brands Okaïdi and Obaïbi, has achieved a turnover of 853 million euros in 2021.
