"It's been five seasons since our showrooms came to Paris. For us, it's the big comeback," says Mauro Galligari, communications director of Camera Showroom Milano (CSM). The association, which brings together 34 of the 60 or so Milanese multi-brand showrooms in the Lombardy capital, is launching a "CSM in Paris" initiative in order to bring the made-in-Italy collections back to the capital after two years of pandemic restrictions.

Camera Showroom Milano has opted for a collective approach, taking up residence at number 7 of Paris' Champs-Élysées Marcel-Dassault roundabout from October 1 to 5. During the fashion week, it will bring to Paris a dozen multi-brand showrooms who are members of the association and amongst the most representative of Milan. These include 1st Floor, Elisa Gaito Showroom, Daniele Ghiselli Showroom, Panorama Moda and Studio Zeta, Zappieri.

In total, some 30 collections for spring-summer 2023 in women's ready-to-wear and accessories will be unveiled. Buyers will have the opportunity to meet or discover young Italian talents such as Salvatore Piccione, Alessandro Enriquez and Giovanni Bedin; accessory brands such as Henry Beguelin and Rue Madam Paris; as well as a whole series of other labels, including 5Progress, Add, Disaya, D'Exterior, Disaya, Le Tricot Perugia, Le Twins and Kutnia.

Camera Showroom Milano will also run during Milan Fashion Week with various projects, while promoting the transfer to the Lombardy capital of 80 key international buyers.
