The 3,700 square-metre location, which is made up of three buildings connected by two interior corridors, will house all of the Interparfums teams by spring 2022. Until then, a large part of the team will be situated at the business’ current headquarters located on the roundabout of the Champs-Elysées in Paris.

The group has disclosed that the transaction amounts to €125 million ($150 million), of which €120 million will be financed by a 10-year bank loan.

“This move is an exceptional opportunity,” said Interparfums’ founders, Philippe Benacin and Jean Madar. “

This new head office will enable us to continue our development in an incomparable setting, at a prestigious address perfectly adapted for the quality of the brands in our portfolio.”

In 2020, impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic, Interparfums group reported a turnover of €367 million representing a 24.1% drop.
