The President and CFO, who will be stepping down from his role on March 31, 2019, will see Mandy Fields become Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, effective April 22, 2019.

Fields will report to Tarang Amin, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and oversee all financial aspects of the company.

Fields joins the company from BevMo!, a retailer of alcoholic beverages on the West Coast where she was Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that, she accrued close to 15 years of finance experience at companies like the Albertsons Companies, Gap Inc. and at JPMorgan.

“Mandy joins us with strong operational expertise and a wealth of experience in financial planning and analysis,” said Amin. “She also has a proven track-record of growing brands through cross-functional collaboration. We welcome her and look forward to the many contributions Mandy will bring to the E.L.F team.”

In February, the company announced store closures in order to refocus its efforts into its online business. It is now in the process of shuttering its network of 22 stores.

In its upcoming quarterly results ending March 31, 2019, E.L.F. expects to see net revenue of between $55 million and $58 million, and adjusted net income in the range of $2 million to $3 million.
