Lululemon has just released a second product collaboration with Central Saint Martins with the capsule collection, called Art of Motion, being inspired by Asian arts and crafts.

The limited edition line-up features six prints created by students at the famous design college with the Lululemon team having digitalised then and applied them to its Speed Wunder Tights, Wunder Under and Energy Bra. Prices start at £45, rising to £98.

The collection is on sale in the label’s flagship stores in London and New York, as well as in its key European stores, plus locations in Asia and Australia. It’s also available online.

Audrey Milligan, senior VP of women’s design at Lululemon, said the print designs “are a true reflection of fashion meets function” and feature some complex techniques. They include layering watercolour and calligraphy onto acetate and a special gloss technique developed to resemble ceramic glaze.

It’s the second Lululemon-CSM link-up and follows the debut collection that marked the launch of the Canadian brand’s London flagship on Regent Street last year. The 2017 collection was inspired by nature under the title Into The Wilderness.
