French luxury brand Louis Vuitton has announced that its collaborative collection with Supreme will again go on sale between the 28 and 30 July at 3 Louis Vuitton stores in the Japanese cities of Osaka, Nagoya and Fukuoka. The lucky buyers will be selected by prize draw.

The June 30 Tokyo pop-up at the Minami Aoyama department store was overwhelmed with over 4000 customers, eventually forcing the store to close the pop-up 6 days earlier than expected on July 7. Similarly, in other countries such as France and the USA, the pop-ups closed after only 2 weeks.

Contacted by Hypebeast, a Louis Vuitton customer service representative said that, "unfortunately, the collection will no longer be sold, neither in the shops nor online.” The luxury label has not yet responded to queries from Fashion Network.

Items from sought-after collection are said to be due in at the Louis Vuitton stores at the Osaka Hilton Plaza, Nagoya Midland Square, and in Fukuoka, with an online lottery in advance to select the customers. Those eager to purchase the collection can apply to take part in the online lottery via the official Louis Vuitton website before July 27. The selected candidates will then receive the location and designated date and time via SMS.

Given the difficulty in obtaining items from the collection, on top of the extreme resale situation, the brand has imposed limits of 30 minutes and 8 items per customer.
